"This place is a bunch of rude unskilled people. I gave this place multiple tries and every time I was extremely disappointed. If you have a coupon or not paying for the top notch VIO treatment they do a crappy job. Part of me wondered if they just had an off day but after multiple tries it just got worse the more I went. I paid for the best pediband he told me it was extra to Clio my toe nails, I didn't argue and said fine. Went home and realized not only did he clip them uneven but he only painted the 75% of my nails from cuticles to the middle. I about died laughing. Moral of the story this place is a joke and I wouldn't waste your time. And FYI the coupons are to just get you in the door and then they either refuse them or do a terrible job if you mention it ahead of time."

"UPDATED: Overall I was really happy with my nails! I looked up the reviews before I went and honestly I just wanted to give them a shot bc everywhere is so expensive and I had a coupon! Went in for a pink and white service and they turned out pretty great. Free drinks and egg rolls, yes. The only thing I wasn’t overall happy with was that they didn’t accept the coupon and told me “only $10 more”. That was pretty upsetting, but I let it slide. Their pricing is actually good compared to a lot of salons. Hoping I didn’t get lucky with the service. I’d use them again. Follow up after a couple days: the nails after some growth are cracking a bunch and chipping off towards the cuticle."

"The male tech that did my nails was super rude and acted like he hated his job. The place was dirty and needs to be cleaned or get cited from the city. Never coming back here. Waste of my money."

"This is the worst nail shop I ever been to in my life! I will never return they do horrible work for me to pay $68 this is garbage I could’ve did this myself! Then to argue with me instead if fixing the mistake is crazy! I’m pissed then they try throwing eggrolls in your face like you won’t see it’s ugly. I had such a bad experience I do not recommend. I was told to give them my money but come back tomorrow to get it fixed ??? To not be able to paint a toe correctly is crazy. 3/4 of the nail was painted I had to keep telling the worker to paint more of the toe I’m writing this review while I am here I been here for 3 hours for a pedicure!!!! My big toe is hurting he was stabbing me with the tools digging in my skin. I wish I looked at the reviews before coming!! On top of being here for 3 hours they took my polish off and told me sit there and wait kind you they already have my full payments. Go to Vegas nails in north Saint Paul if you want a great experience great nails and great service"

"I will never return. I came on a Saturday with an appt. They were busy and I was rushed in between 20 minute bouts of waiting. He spent maybe a total of 10 minutes on my nails and that’s generous. The paint job is so bad! You can clearly see the layers between the color and top coat. He got a ton of polish on my skin and did the top coat layer so thick on my pinky, it burned to the point that I exclaimed and had to pull my hand out when it was curing. That has never happened to me before. He almost sent me home with scratchy, rough nails. I had to ask him to smooth them after curing. That same pinky had polish all over my skin, it started peeling that day. I went back the next morning and asked him to redo that nail. I was the ONLY person in the salon and he still rushed the whole thing. It looks just as bad (see photo). I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt with how busy they were, but he did just as awful of a job the next day. I can’t believe I spent any money on this manicure. 3/4 of the photos are from after I got home and cleaned up the polish on my fingers myself."
