"Was talked down to. They called me sweetheart, didn’t really appreciate that. Then when they didn’t have the part I needed, instead of just letting me go to a place that had what I needed, they tried to glue my piece back together after I asked them not to. He also tried to tell me that my problem was probably just some spilled soda or something messing with the sensor. The knob at the top of the gear shaft is broken, that is my problem. The shifter not recognizing it being in park is a separate issue that I didn’t need help with. I really hate that this is a common experience for women going into any automotive establishment. Do better."

"this review is for the girls: Ordered a fender liner months ago. when i finally had the time and money to buy the retainer clips, found out they ordered the wrong side, so i had to wait longer still. the entire time, i could tell they weren’t taking me seriously, i’m just some girl who doesn’t know what she’s doing. one very obviously laughed at me when i didn’t know something. overall, if you’re a girl i wouldn’t recommend this place. i’ve had better experiences at oreillys. these guys are narrow minded and very simple. it’s embarrassing. i give them two stars because one guy was somewhat helpful and was willing to help teach me how to put it on."

"Floyd has an attitude, very rude over the phone!! I had questions about a previous order return and he kept cutting me off and being real short, saying pretty much not his problem. But his attitude and the way he spoke to me is his problem. Middle finger and one star customer service rating goes to Floyd. I'm sure if your return was messed up and a business still owed you money, like hundreds, you'd be trying to get to the bottom of it too. Everyone else has been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the years of me being a customer."
