"Rob changed all 8 sparkplugs on my 2003 F-150 truck and replaced 1 ignition coil for the low price of $865. He initially quoted me at $890, but was willing to go down a little bit lower if the labor didn't take as long as he had anticipated. As it turns out, Rob got done 15-20 minutes faster than he projected so he lowered my bill accordingly. Plus, he didn't charge extra for the parts he purchased on my behalf. He only billed me for the labor. He was very busy with other customers but was still willing to squeeze my project in, on a weekend nonetheless. He responded to all my phone calls promptly. I was so happy with the service that I decided to have him work on another one of my pickup trucks. I am dropping it off today and excited to work with Rob again! A++++"
