"We live in Los Angeles and we decide to take the RV on a trip to the Grand Canyon, we have 3 kids and 3 dogs and we thought on the way back it will be nice to stop and have the dogs groomed before we come home same as we are doing with the RV, we always washing it before we come home. We search through few providers in the area we contacted couple and one of them was Michelle (the other provider never return our call up to date). Michelle was very responsive and we set up a day and time which was very comfortable for both of us. We have 3 large dogs, A mix shepherd who is kind of aggressive and won't be shy to bite yet didn't scare Michelle and Harold at all, than Stephanie our 14 years old grandma who has trouble standing and had the best time there like a true lady in a daily spa where everyone taking care of you and your needs and our largest yet very sensitive and scared Shelly who has fear of water, blower and just about everything which Michelle and Harold handled very well. (in the attached photo you can see Shelly and Stephanie) We park the RV outside and I brought each dog separately. Michelle is very nice and welcoming and same for the rest of the team there. You can tell everyone just LOVE dogs and they love what they doing. The team work inside was amazing on our 3 large size dogs and in the meanwhile they still worked on there local dogs and other commitments without leaving anyone behind on time, service and quality. We were out of there in an hour and made it back to LA by the evening. I'm delighted to take the time to write this review for several good reasons. First- Communication which is one of the most important part of service provider and yet not anyone know how truly it's important to the consumer, Michelle been available for the few times we chat until we close the date and time. Second- The price was great and fair, and the third is the love for your pet and the love of what your doing which is a direct outcome to a great job on our dogs and I'm sure on others as well. I want to thanks everyone for the great job Sure we will be back on our next trip in the area and I truly recommend Grooming by Michelle."
