"This has got to be the most disgusting customer service I have ever received. 20 people backed up , 2 women on counter & drive thru. One of the employees takes med orders & flu shot schedules while other people who have done the process correctly, are waiting 20 plus mins. Absolutely unacceptable!!!"
"I went for shots at the pharmacy. I had pre schedule my appointment. Check in and then pharmacist took me back within minutes. Very professional and down to earth pharmacist. Considering he has his own work to do and has to act like a doctor’s office at the same time."
"I came in for a covid booster shot, the pharmacist was rude, and when i tried to engage him with saying " your very busy today" he said "yes, with all you people that are all afraid of covid" I could not believe what he said. He may not agree with the shots but he should have kept his personal and politcal beliefs to himself. It was VERY unprofessional and I will never come back to that store."
