"Sadly, we got our pool installed with Cutting Edge. We went over what we wanted and was promised a finished product with specifics that we wanted. The design seemed great and we were excited to see it come together. We do love having a pool but wish we would have had the things we asked for and paid to get. It's getting closer to a year and we still don't have some of the basics that we requested, things left undone, we wont get some of what was paid for because of misrepresentations and they provided some sloppy work. The service side of the company has been hardest to work with. We keep giving feedback on issues and they just give the run around. Dont expect your filters cleaned, chemicals maintained or tiles cleaned with these guys. They might only do basic sweeping of the pool or other minimal tasks. We are going to use another company for our pool service now."
"We are very happy with the pool Cutting Edge did for us. It was completed a year ago. I had a very good experience working with Shawn and Josh. I actually ran into Shawn at the grocery store a month ago and mentioned an issue. It was something I could resolve, but he insisted he would send someone and did. For me, it’s about customer service and taking care of the client. I would definitely have them build another pool for me. Thank you Shawn and Josh."
