We’ve never had a pool and they were awesome about explaining the whole process and the different options, there were so many things to consider and they were very patient and helpful. The pool is absolutely beautiful!! We were super impressed when we had a warranty issue a few months after install and they responded quickly and had it fixed the same day."

"Sunset builds a nice pool. But they are incredibly difficult and challenging to work with. The owner simply will not call you back or text you back. They are so unresponsive. I am shocked that they are still in business. I would never go through them again."

"WORST pool company ever! I’ve waited 7 months for my pool to get started. Finally able to get it dug and now they say another 2 months before they can pour it. The only form of communication is through the front office receptionist. She is amazing! Other than the receptionist, everyone else is terrible. I would HIGHLY recommend using a different company!!"

"One star is generous since we can't create a post without selecting a start rating. I called Jeff the owner for a pool bid and he came right out on a Saturday and completed measurements and about 6 weeks later he dropped off a drawing but not a proposal. He did take our house plans and we have never heard from him since. I have called the office, left messages and texts on his cell phone and no response. Now almost a year later we need the plans for a remodel and still cannot get a hold of Jeff. I understand I'm not a builder providing him multiple jobs a month but I was certainly a serious buyer and we had a pool and spa installed plus re-landscaped our back yard in about 60 days while we still heard nothing from Jeff. I'm hopeful we can get our plans back without having to purchase another set from the architect."

"My husband and I were initially so excited to have Sunset Pools & Landscaping prepare a bid for our project. Things got off to a slow start, but we understood that Jeff and his team are busy so we were patient. After a few months, when it was time to go over our bid, Jeff didn't show up to our scheduled meeting. He and I even spoke that morning to confirm the time, it seems he just blew it off. No call, no email. I even called the office the following day to find out what happened. I never heard back from anyone. Does customer service get any worse? While Sunset Pools & Landscaping appears to do some beautiful work, our experience with this company was a complete waste of time."
