"A large garden center that is more like a receiving area than garden center. Plant condition is better than Pima Rd but still pathetic. In the past they had some staff that were really good. It appears Walmart has no interest in the human element. The sales are by accident or osmosis. It is shocking how poorly space is used. Business would love to have the floor traffic bleed into other enterprises leasing space. It takes zero imagination to think of possibilities that would complement Walmart lines."
