"Total Customer Assistance Failure. I entered the garden entrance and looked for a cart. Not seeing one I disturbed the cashier who had no customer but was hunched over either their phone or the computer and hadn't acknowledged by existence. I asked about a cart and after a quick glance around the area said I would need to go to the main entrance and turned away. Being handicapped with a cane it was not in mood anymore to shop here!"
"I live Lowe’s plant department best prices in town, and great staff. I did have and issue with a Palo Verde Tree 26 inch, I was told by two staff members one was a manger that you delivered, I paid for deliver and the next day I received a text that the deliver was cancelled. When I called Lowe’s the explained to me that they don’t deliver live plants, if Lowe’s does not deliver trees why is this not posted somewhere, why was I told they did it was a mess, this tree was big and heavy, very few people can pick these trees up get in a truck get it out of a truck I was not happy. John who was and assistant manager helped me with this issue and he was great. Lowe’s please have staff meetings and get everyone on the same page."
"It is a location I have no problem shopping but happen to prefer elsewhere. It is far superior to many other locations. The condition and selection of plants is good and you can comfortably do one stop acquisitions. They only appeared to have two staff members but I might have missed some. It is peaceful due to not having more than a few shoppers. If the person I purchase plants for has decent knowledge Lowes greenery thrives."
