"What a disappointment !! I sent a floral arrangement to a dear friend for her birthday and the online picture looks very different from the original arrangement. In my opinion it does not look as tasteful and classy. I thought that for the price, the arrangement would be much nicer. Buyer beware of what you see online. looks like a cheap version of original, will never buy from them again."

"ABSOLUTELY Buy from this shop. I have worked with them for many years from out of state for flowers for my family in the east Valley. They have ALWAYS been professional, friendly, listen to requests and provide gorgeous products. My sister just saw what was sent for my mother’s 89 birthday and commented “ ……the arrangement is the most beautiful one I have ever seen it has the most unique flower in the middle. Mom is going to call the florist tomorrow to find out what it is.”. What more could you ask?"

"I placed an online order a week prior to delivery date. I called to see if the flowers were delivered day off, and the owner Renee told me she would have to look into it because she didn’t know what happened. She said it was an error on their end and would get them out the next day and make them “prettier”. The flowers didn’t get delivered until 3 days after the delivery date. I called back to ask for a refund and Renee was immediately rude to me, yelling at me that she would have her back with me after Christmas. She talked over me telling me not to argue with her, I was calm and asked her to “please let me finish”, she said I’m not giving you a refund but I will give you a partial store credit. I again tried to explain we didn’t want a store credit, the flowers were 3 days late with no follow up to tell me they were never delivered. She continued to yell at me and then hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY OR FOLLOW UP…& this was the owner!"
