"My husband wanted to surprise me with red roses on Valentine’s Day and ordered from fromyourflowers.com website. They subcontracted GGG florist in Chandler. He paid more money to deliver same day, the order never came on Valentine’s Day. In trying to follow up: 1- I got Chatbot that is very basic and never answered my question on tracking the order 2- I tried to do live chat, no one responded and kept telling me I have to wait 23 minutes. The time never changed then gave me error 3- The flowers came the second day totally different flowers from what he ordered. they sent yellow roses that are totally not worth the money he paid 4- the most important thing that they sent chocolate that expired June 1st 2021"
"I hate doing negative reviews but take your business elsewhere! Absolutely awful pathetic flowers. A birthday gift sent- flowers that should easily last a week if not two- DIED after 2 days! Gift was resent as a courtesy. Arrangement had HALF the quantity of flowers as the original arrangement. This wasn't a pick from website arrangement either. This was a custom arrangement! A GIFT! I'm humiliated and GGG should be too!"
