"It’s fine. The clothes smell clean and they got a stain out. The sweater and scarf seemed more worn then when I dropped it off. Customer service could have been better but it wasn’t the worst. I was surprised that when I said I’d leave the hanger and bag for them to reuse they said they’d throw it out. Phoenix in general has less of a recycle/reuse culture than other places I’ve lived, but I thought the “green” dry cleaner might do better. It’s kinda far from where I just moved in so I’m not sure if I’ll go again, but if it’s close to you, I wouldn’t say avoid it. This business is three star “fine”."
"Best Drycleaner, I love that they use gentle but effective detergent. The store and my clothes smell great! I hated the Drycleaner chemical smell at other Drycleaner. The staff is incredibly helpful and sweet! The owner is the sweetest! You can tell that she not only cares about the quality of service but she makes you feel welcome and is so accommodating! I just love coming into pick up my drycleaning! Everyone I’ve come in contact with is so friendly and nice!"
"Great service and fast turn around. I dropped off two comforters, a suit and several hats to be cleaned. I like that they send you email notifications when your order is ready. My hats came out really nice. I wasn’t aware you could even get hats cleaned. I will definitely come back and use these guys moving forward."
