"I had to do a transfer of a car that was my mom’s and have been dreading going to ADOT. When I dropped off my car for some maintenance, I spotted this counter. So when I picked up one and dropped off my other car, I inquired if they could help me. They could! The lady who did the transaction was super nice and very helpful, even finding a work around for some services that we weren’t initially sure she could do. It was a long transaction but she never lost her cool. She made the experience so pleasant, I’m very grateful."

"I have been an AAA member for over 25 years but this was my first visit inside their center. It is big and the staff are what "customer service" describes. My car had to be towed when it broke down on a busy street. I opted to have it taken to and repaired by a AAA owned repair shop. They quickly identified the problem. My car was ready the next morning and they sent a car to pick me up to take me to pick up my car. My customer service agent was super friendly. All in all, they made a stressful experience one that left me feeling that all was well."
