"O.M.G.,where do I start? Brand new car(Kia Forte 2022),full coverage policy,got hit by a motorcycle (April 2023),it’s now August,still fighting and being there secretary…..service has been God Awful,I’m telling the whole world,DO NOT GET INSURANCE with this company!!!! They want there money on time and every month,but I had to damn near stroke out(high blood pressure) to get mine!!!!"

"This company is horrible!!! I have been with them for 3 years and all the time there is a problem. They recently debited my account for an extra $150 dollars a month. Without any authorization. Charging me for my daughter to insure her to drive when she is not even of age to drive or get her permit! Refused to reimburse us, we had to actually go into an office clear across town just to cancel the policy all together and will not receive a check for reimbursement for several weeks!!! The worst ever!!!!'"
