But the amazing folks at Pampered Puppy were so kind, listened to all of my concerns, his bad history with groomers and treated Bentley like he was their own. They talked to him, sang him praises and calmed him without resorting to using a muzzle and it was the most amazing experience. I am so grateful to have found them. They are booked far in advance for grooming, and with good reason. I went in just to get my dogs nails trimmed but they were so fantastic that I booked his next grooming appointment there on the spot. I recommend this hidden gem to all dog owners!"
