"Absolutely awful, the girl Riley told me I would get a call when the plumber is 30 minutes away. I paid someone to sit at my house for my 2-4 window. At 3:40, I called Riley and asked for an ETA, considering she promised me i would get a 30 min before they arrived, and it was only 20 minutes to the end of my window, she said she would find out and i never received a call from her and then received a call at 4:05, that he was at my house. I understand 5 minutes may not be a big deal, but it is when I paid someone to sit at my house 2-4 and they had left at 4 because I didnt receive any call or communication that someone was still coming and running late. Then went around and charged me a 80$ missed appointment fee, ha. Absolutely rude, awful people to work with and no respect for anyones time. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney general because it looks like im not the first person they have done this to."

"I originally scheduled an appointment for them to come fix my water heater and due to their truck breaking down they had to cancel our appointment and reschedule for a later time. The day they came over they did not call me to confirm the time and I was in the hospital. They showed up and of course I wasn’t there so I ended up getting charged a no show fee of $69. I called to explain that I was in the hospital and spoke with Riley, even offered to provide my hospital paperwork, she said she spoke with the manager and unfortunately they can’t waive the fee and if I want to go with a different company that’s fine. They don’t care. They don’t work with people."

"Jess and Kaleb came to my rental property to troubleshoot my kitchen faucet. Prompt, professional, friendly and on time. My supply valve and faucet had to literally be sawed off from mineral damage. They replaced the supply valve, immediately contacted the property manager for a replacement faucet, and it was installed within an hour. Left the work area clean, everything done right the first time. Kaleb had come out a few months ago to replace my garbage disposal, same prompt, professional, friendly service. I can't say enough good things about this business."

"I spoke to Jess on the phone and he was incredibly helpful and sent the crew out the same day. When Kenny and Josh arrived they let me know they were on the way and quickly assessed the repair and got busy. They were super polite and worked quickly to get the job done. It was a great experience from start to finish and I would call them again in a second! Great job and service."
