"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Within 3 seconds of being on the phone I knew this place was trash. The guy who answered was insanely rude. I briefly explained my situation to be told “well you don’t need us” CLEARLY I DO or I wouldn’t be calling. He then went on to have attitude and push off services. I can’t believe this guy has a job let alone with customer service tasks. Clearly he does not like to work or bring in work for his boss. I advise this firm to find his replacement asap. Clearly based on his response , he does not have customer service skills as he admits I was rude? Well I wouldn’t have to be if you were not disrespectful first. And if you can’t represent people in trial then what do you even do?! This place is pathetic"

"The service provide by Affordable Family Law, Inc. was "Stellar". They were on top of everything, most importantly COMMUNICATION. I would have been lost in most of what was going on if it wasn't for her and her teams consistency in CLEAR communication and set expectations. They have such a professional service , I went to their office only once to sign with a notary but you can also do it with a Zoom call.
