"I do not know how this company has such good reviews. First off they never show up on time, the first time we called them the tech didn’t show up until midnight and was here till 3am. It was absolutely ridiculous. We had a new tub and shower installed after a bad leak and they did the worst job. They didn’t check their work and of course there was another leak. Now after a few months the new shower and tub looks absolutely awful because of the poor work they did. We called them out to fix it, but getting them to show up on time is absolutely impossible. They make you wait around all day and don’t answer their phone."
