"Our compressor went out yesterday. We called at about 8am and Steve's was here within the hour. It was supposed to take 3 weeks to get the part due to covid-related supply issues, but Steve's found the part and had it installed in less than a day. This was a warranty repair (of a manufacturer defect) so Steve's didn't charge anything; yet they treated our issue as an emergency. Our tech Hector was phenomenal as well.
