"The technician that came to my house a week ago showed up an hour late. When I called him to see where he was he kept hanging up my calls. He was very disrespectful the entire time he was here. He had the Audacity to constantly make anti military remarks under his breath when he saw my army plaques on the hallway walls. Also he seemed to be more interested in what was happening on his phone rather than his actual job. As I said before it has been a week since he has been here and my ac is already down again. If I could give less than 1 star I most definitely would. 10/10 am going to be looking for someone more competent and reliable to work on my ac from here on out."

"Ok these guys are awesome!!! I would give them 10 stars!!! The air conditioner at our house went out at 6:30am this morning. We called Uni-Tech and they sent out a respectful technician who had it working like new by 8am. I really can’t say enough about these guys. We will be asking Uni-Tech to take care of our commercial needs too after this great experience with them. Well done guys!"
