If you're looking for a pool service company with a knack for turning crystal-clear water into a swamp you'd find at the end of a horror movie, then this company is your golden ticket! These "professionals" just took my pool from sparkling oasis to pond scum paradise, all while charging enough to finance a tropical vacation (minus the actual pool, obviously). Let's dive into the depths of their incompetence: Green with Envy: They've mastered the art of perpetually green water. No matter how many "shock treatments" or "chemical adjustments" they claimed to do, my pool remained the envy of every algae colony in the neighbourhood. It was practically glowing in the moonlight! Empty Promises, Overflowing Bill: Every week was a new excuse. "It's the weather," they'd say, or "Your filtration system is haunted by pool gremlins." Meanwhile, my bank account wept as their invoices steadily grew fatter than Mrs. Doubtfire's hair. Communication Black Hole: Trying to get a straight answer from them was like trying to coax a dolphin out of a bathtub. Phone calls went unanswered, emails vanished into the ether, and their website displayed the "under construction" banner for longer than the Great Wall of China took to build. Ghostly Technicians: Their technicians were the Casper the Friendly Ghosts of pool maintenance. They'd leave vague notes about "adjustments made" but I swear I never saw them touch the water. Maybe they were allergic to chlorine? Who knows, they couldn't be bothered to tell me. The End Result: After months of their "expertise," my pool was practically a biohazard. My dreams of poolside cocktails and cannonballs were replaced with nightmares of mosquitos and slimy surprises lurking beneath the surface."

"Classic Pool Service & Repair is far and away the best pool service I’ve had maintain my pool. I have faith in their expertise. From their business office (Amber) to their key professional pool expert (Tito), I am very comfortable they will treat my pool as though it’s theirs. Kayla does an excellent job with the once-a-week cleaning and chemical balancing. My only suggestion is for Kayla to provide a brief report for me to read on her visit. I’d just like to know what she’s putting into the water and what she thinks of the overall condition of the pool and water. I know this would take time. They have told me they would let me know if they should find something in need of repair. Their system works as is but I’d just like them to consider the extra service of a brief report maybe once-a-month."
