"This guy must be a mushroom, because he literally survives on the poop of other's misery looool. He is harrassing my mate, and ignoring all the section 609 FCRA laws, fails to produce original documentation, and is making false filings at the courts. I guess there's a financial consequence for trying to collect on unowed debts. Hey, Mark, what do you get if you walk under a cow? A pat on the back. Literally dude, you're a bottom feeder, an ambulance chaser, and proof that C's get degrees. PSA: Recommendation to anybody he is harassing, file a complaint w the State Attorney General, RICO, and let's have this man's license. Look up section 609 fair credit reporting act - this strip mall "lawyer" must have original signed documents that you signed to be able to legally pursue you. If you ignore him, he wins. File a motion to dismiss. Use chatgpt or call a paralegal to help you. Don't have shame, that's what he feeds on. Your personal shame and avoidance and that's how he's been nailing people financially, by stacking motions on them and with no response he wins, even if he is wrong. So, put your dukes up - let's get his license to practice revoked."

"Their professionalism is literally not there they are rude AF, don't answer back when you leave messages and I been calling for weeks about my account, and they act like they can garnish as much as they want even knowing I don't make much to support my family they really sat on the phone telling me I had to pay over 100 when I only make a 200 dollar check, work part time and am trying to support my 3 kids they act like I owe them money how much they push."

"Pretty sure they don't actually follow legal law. Now, I have to pay to retrieve court records, to which answers were never received to paperwork filed to the court, nor, did they re'serve paperwork to the actually person,, nor do they follow the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act rules for deployed military members, and now wages are being garnished. No notices, no letters, no nothing. Is there a way to launch an Ethics investigation? Maybe a class action suit? Any good, ethical lawyers want to take on our cases??? Ha"
