"The staff is totally incompetent. They were hired to file a summary consent divorce (my spouse and I had already negotiated the details and just needed someone to file the paperwork). Instead, someone copy and pasted information into a petition (major mistakes like a section allocating childcare expense but our children are teenagers and we don’t have child care expense). They then filed the petition that didn’t reflect the terms; proceeded to try and file a default, and have now turned what should have been an easy 60 day process into a contested divorce; costing us way more $ than necessary. So now my spouse and I have got soaked for unnecessary legal costs, court fees and stress between us; all because this attorney has inadequate internal processes to ensure the case proceeds as directed by the client(s)."
