"1st time experience with these guys has been great so far. Went in today 3-22-2024 for information on a car loan account and how to operate the app and best way to pay off the loan. Blake was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m a man, it’s hard to ask for help. He took it upon himself to go above and beyond the man needs a raise. Hopefully corporate is taking care of the ones that actually put customers first his customer service skills are over the top. For the bank itself, I have no idea if it’s good or not time will tell. But I can judge on how this one employee acted out of his kindness, I’ll have a pleasurable experience at this place for the long haul."

"Unethical. I was forced to use these clowns via a new car loan from Lexus. They’re awful. To get the 10 day pay off you have to drive to the credit union to have one of their employees print it for you. They will not email it, claiming security concerns. However, snail mail or a fax is preferred. Sure, that’s much more secure. Unbelievable that encrypted email is unavailable via their secure messaging app. Obviously they want to snail mail a 20 day pay off to maximize profitability and keep people in their high interest loans. Poor ethics and customer service. Avoid!"

"Horrible customer service. Was a loyal customer for years with no late payments. Had my car repossessed for $1200 and couldn't get it back without paying the entirety of the remaining loan. They had it towed from Tuscon to Phoenix, and the tow company was absolutely awful. It was obvious it was driven, and not towed, to Phoenix. Then the tow people lied about having driven it. Car was in worse shape than when it was taken. Also, my interest ended up turning into almost double what the loan was for."

"Will never deal with them again. They reported a delinquent payment on a vehicle that I co-signed for and ruined my 800 credit score. I asked them to remove it and was told that they will not. Ruined my credit for 7 years. These institutions are the reason why good people get destroyed they could care less about there customers. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!"

"A little more quiet branch location of this Credit Union, in case you want to get your matters taken care of in a less busy environment. Offering still the same services as other locations, this branch is worth of considering, if you happen to be in the neighborhood. An average star rating, as nothing was wrong as such, but there were a few things that irked me. The staff member going back and forth from his office to the service counter -- bypassing all the customers waiting to be served -- so that his need of prints could be addressed as a priority, as well as the counter staff keeping themselves busy on purpose so that they would not need to attend to a customer that is there in person. We can do better than that, surely."
