"It started good back in September of last year. Month later in November I ended up in the hospital. I was unemployed for 3 months and I ask to change it for months to month cause I was collecting unemployment at the moment. It was a temporary thing. I was declined for month to month and right away we are going to repo the car constantly threats and collections calls. However, soon I started working and since I was behind got caught up with and bang behind again. I trust them and honestly from one day to the next interest compound daily I know I have 10 days grace period but my feelings and my guts tell me something wasn't agreeing or right with .like somehow cheating on the system to triple charge you one way or another. I did some math didn't seem right. If you divide 180 for each day is 0.49%. with late fees is 5.49%. or 7.00 dollars each day it will addup. There a female worker there rude as well. You call them but doesn't return calls they are good at making excuses and won't pass messages to Tomas that I have called horrible experience too bad Tomas excellent mgr but his coworker seem strange or doing thing they are not supposed to be doing not sure what going on in that office. . Very disappointed after I truly trusted them but in return you end up becoming the bad nonpayment customer ."
"If I could give zero stars I definitely would. This place wasted my time. I honestly believe I was denied for no reason at all. I would never refer anyone here. I had one NSF for less than 5 dollars the funds where put back in my account immediately. This was the only NSF with my bank. I went here to get assistance to help get my grandbaby things before she arrive. It was very heartbreaking to know I was denied for no reason. My checking account is in good standers. I pray no one else has to experience this. It seems like this company help whom they want to help."
