"The drive thru ATM only works half the time. The walk up ATM works more often, but I’ve been here twice where neither ATM works! And the bank is closed! I can’t believe they think it’s just ok for them to not give people access to their money, which is against the law, but they are above the law like the other corrupt banks now. I’ve called them before and they suggest I drive around town to look for ATMs that work. And no, they won’t reimburse me for my gas to do that which is their job. Also they will not post out of order signs on them either. I will change banks if I can ever find a better one, I think they all suck unfortunately. I’ll update this review with a better bank option when I find one. Also please respond back if you know of one. Thanks!"
"First time Desert Financial formally Desert School has never disappoint me Been with them over 30 years And they couldn't defer my car loan so I could change my due date just 17 days away they said it wasn't an option. Our son-in-law said he could get us on American airlines Credit Union probably has better benefits !!! Seriously Thinking about it!!!"
"I appreciated Gabriel Arrazola for his service at desertFinancial Credit Union... it is amazing and incredible, in order to get the 'strange issues' that have been bothered us both (me and the bank)... I end up feel great about my relationship with this bank, to be in a good state now and then. I am blessed by the result itself after bank and I went thru the weird glitch."
"just one word of advice: do not rent a safety deposit box. banks are withdrawing from providing this service, and they all want customers to have bad experiences so that we will not enjoy the service, and find alternate methods. store your data in the cloud, one you can trust : there are plenty. purchase a safe make it fireproof, and be done with it. stash your valuables with a good family member or a trusted friend I don't know there is plenty of secure self storage available Lord knows. fare-thee-well safe-deposit we hardly knew ye."
