The local guys easily undercut the big guys (even after one nationwide store deflated the HVAC price by $1,500) and wow, their attitude difference was amazing. We ended up getting a unit package - a heat pump in the summer and a natural gas heater during the winter. They really know what they are doing. "Our AC stopped working on a Sunday evening. We've used Air Care Professionals before with great results, so first thing Monday morning, I called and left a message. They got back to me very quickly and scheduled an appointment for that morning! Incredible! When Reagan arrived, he was very professional and friendly. He proceeded to do the quickest, simplest diagnostics first and found a problem. He explained that it might be the root cause and it might not be, but he needed to repair that problem before he could go on with other diagnostics if it wasn't the root cause. This plan sounded reasonable and measured. And, fortunately, it was the root cause and was the least expensive and quickest solution. He even had the part on his truck! We were back to a nice, cool home in no time and for a reasonable cost! I highly recommend Air Care Professionals!"
