"I dropped off 13 boxes at this location over 48 hours ago. The initial UPS acceptance scans have not been completed. My customers are asking why I haven't shipped out their packages, but I have. The employees of the store seem to have skipped the acceptance scan. I would recommend alternative UPS locations if you're running a business"

"It was my first time returning items for Amazon and I had no idea what I was doing, the assistant manager Alex was belittling and rude and just expected me to know what to do and was short with me when I asked questions. For someone in management she was very condescending and I would highly suggest getting better people to run your stores, especially around the holidays."

"I went in to ask about two packages I had that were delivered to the wrong address. The person that I spoke to asked for my id and then said "There is nothing I can do for you". She interrupted me while I tried to explain my situation to her and wouldn't let me explain. She didn't ask for a tracking number for the shipments or try to do anything to help me out. Horrible customer service."
