"Excellent company and product. For installation I got a time window between 8-10. I called in the day of installation to follow up and found out there had been a mistake with my scheduling for installation that day. To accommodate the scheduling issue a manger had come out for the installation. He was very professional, a good guy to chat with and performed his job very well. My job had minor electrical in the way and it was able to be rerouted for perfect placement of the door for our needs. The installation was fairly fast, being our first doggie door much faster than I thought it would take. The door i got looks great and sealed to be as weatherproof as possible and has measures in place for drainage in the case of water does enter, it has double flaps with magnets. It has outdoor rated carpet inside and is sealed along the outside for protection. It took about 15 minutes to get the dog trained to use the door and they give you some training instructions at the end. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if I needed another doggie door."
