"Unfortunately, we have to find a new groomer. They cut our golden doodle’s ears pretty bad and he is still shaking his head trying to get rid of the pain after a week. They also decided that since he was one pound more than their “large dog pricing” they would charge us as an extra large dog. This is fair I suppose, but we have been loyal customers to them for over a year now and it seems a little out of line. They did a lot better when the head groomer took care of him but now they have some other groomer’s doing the job. He has slowly become more and more anxious to go and this last time was shaking from head to toe in fear of the groomers."
