"We have stayed at this vacation rental 3 different times. The location is perfect for adventures in southern Utah. The home is nicely decorated, the owner has included little touches that make it feel like coming home. After a day out exploring it has all we need. Soft water, plenty of towels and blankets, a nice grill and outdoor seating to enjoy the summer monsoon weather. It has a well stocked kitchen to cook simple meals or even make a feast. The pool is a short walk away. Over the years it is always clean and up to date. This trip was a little different, the cleaning crew is not as good ( is was clean just not as clean as it used to be) Walls and floors not clean near trash and desk area. The windows where left open when we arrived. There was no trash bags or laundry soap to start the laundry as requested when we checked out. Overall we will always love this house and are grateful to the owner for sharing this home and making it so welcoming."
