"Our lot was a pull through, gravel, and was fairly level. Electric, water and sewer are nearby and all work well. Electric was always around 124v and we used a pressure regulator for water. We had plenty of room for our towed vehicle (Ford Expedition). The park's roads are very wide and easy to navigate. This park is big rig friendly. Free wifi was available, but we were never able to get it to go above 15mb/s, so we just used our Starlink. There are plenty of dog stations around the park as well as a dog park - great touch. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Please note this is not a 55 and older luxury RV resort like others. Therefore, you could have lots of kids around - in the pool, hot tub and park roads. Which is ok, unless you want to use the pool or hot tub during the day or early evening. We were not that close to the pool, but we could easily hear all the activity. The office is open until 10pm which is convenient for questions and help. They also send out texts for updates and package delivery - which is also very helpful. We were 55 min from Zion, 20 min from Snow Canyon, 2 hours from Bryce and 50 min from Pipe Spring NM."

"We spent 2 months at this park and loved it there! It is a beautiful park, and a great location! You're close to things, yet quiet and secluded. The employees are all very kind. They have lots going on there if you want to participate. And the convenience of them picking up your propane tanks, filling them, and returning them back to you! I loved this park ❤️ and highly recommend it!"

"Why would this incredible place get less than 5 Star seriously?! We have been here 2 months of a 7 month stay so far and things just keep getting better! These folks work so hard for customer satisfaction and experience!! Excellent site and cleanliness standards, above par! On top of it excellent staff to customer relations! On top of that add ask the amenities and location-quiet vs in freeway locations, plus SUNRISES AND SUNSETS they must be able to order for customer satisfaction! If that wasn't good enough, they create an event schedule that enhance RVers interaction experiences via super fun clubhouse experiences plus food truck evenings which get us socializing plus not having to leave the resort for excellent high quality food experiences!! They work very hard at this for sure, so kudos to best RV place we ever stayed!!"

"We stayed here over theThanksgiving holiday. Enjoyed ourselves immensely. Loved all the activities as well. Workers were so friendly and made helpful suggestions. Just wanted to let you know that you are lucky to have Jessie on staff. Always a big wave and a smile on his face. Constantly making sure the facility is kept clean and neat. Thoughtful conversation and he went out of his way to help with some car issues. Just a really nice guy. Wife was nice too!! We’ll definitely be back this way. Jane & Mark Richardson. "We stayed two nights at this resort while touring the local national and state parks in the area. This is an exceptional site and we were extremely pleased. The site itself was perfectly level, with all RV connections easily accessible. The gravel was well groomed prior to our arrival. The showers were clean (my version of clean!) and well maintained and the laundry facility was also perfectly maintained. The resort offered well lit areas, a beautiful swimming pool, pickle ball courts, and a playground. This was just such a lovely place to stay. I wish we had been able to stay longer but with so many parks to visit, there just wasn't enough time. Everyone in our group (5 of us) loved this resort more than any other we had visited, and we stayed at 7 different RV parks in Utah. Thank you for being so clean, friendly, and safe! We will be back to visit Utah again and plan on staying here. We have also recommended this park to several of our friends who are RVers!"
