"Surprised Billings. I had endoscopy scheduled for April it was delayed because the doctor had a hip replacement. Finally had it done in August. Plenty of time for staff to do a ruff estimate and get pre-approval for out patient procedure, it never happened. After I received text after text of outstanding balances. There should be full disclosure of the cost prior to outpatient procedures, what is the estimated out of pocket expense."

"DO NOT GO HERE! Typically, I don't like giving bad reviews, but this needs to be said. First, my wife and I had a few issues with our prescription from there. They never put my wife's order in and sent mine to a pharmacy to an area about 40 mins from where I live. Getting a hold of them by phone was rough, I had to call over and over again just to talk to someone. Now, after my wife already had her procedure and Im set to have mine in two days, they told us the doctor they set us up with was out of network! I don't know if this was all due to an abnormal workload, short staffing, or straight-up incompetence, but this kind of mistake will likely end up costing us hundreds maybe thousands of dollars! The only reason I'm not doing one star is because, once you're able to get a hold of them, the staff is actually pretty nice. Still, save yourself a headache and avoid this place like the plague!"
