Josie helped answer all my questions from that day on. Between issues with getting insurance to approve and finding out after the PICC was put it, they were the only ones that could remove it. We became fast friends. John placed the PICC without issue. It was a wonderful experience for mom. We laughed the entire time and she never felt any pain or discomfort. He removed it says later and still no issues. He was very professional and respectful throughout the entire experience.
