"The practitioners that I have encountered have been very knowledgeable and caring as well as the nursing staff and receptionist, I would give them 5 stars. However the Village Medical systems and policies are not patient friendly to say the least. They hinder the interactions between provider and patient, are very slow to respond and make the patient feel insignificant"
