"CAMA has great doctors. Tami Bruce and Robert Laufer, but the front desk needs help. I went in to see the doctor at 8:45 am on wednesday. I was clearly in pain and couldn't open my mouth enough for the doctor to look in. I was also throwing up in the doctors office several times. Obviously not in good shape. The doctor ordered an important ultrasound and 2 days later CAMA still did not send the order to SimonMed. When I called them FRIDAY, The lady said they were TOO BUSY to SEND the order. That she would have it done by the end of the day FRIDAY. I'M SORRY, BUT THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR BY A MEDICAL PROVIDER. SUPERVISOR GAVE NO OTHER EXCUSE EXCEPT O SAY THEY WERE VERY BUSY. EXACT WORDS. The were numerous people behind the counter not too busy to talk to each other OR to do their job and send the medical order in a timely manner. The supervisor gave NO APOLOGY and was very condisending. Talk about caring for your atients that are truly in need. Interesting how after I called and complained that a person in pain or any patient should not have to wait another 2 days just to have the test order FAXED or EMAILED to the testing facility and how unprofessional that is, it was finally sent. WELL OVER 48 HOURS AFTER IT WAS PRESCRIBED BY THE DOCTOR. My advise is do not leave the doctors office until your order is sent, or go elsewhere"

"I had an appointment for 10:15am. I recently moved further from the office and I ended up being 10 min late. The canceled my appointment. Their policy is if you are 5 min late your appointment is canceled. That seems unreasonable to me. I don't have a history of being late, I was not aware of any such policy as I have been coming for 5 years. They also routinely call in the wrong amounts for prescriptions and did not coordinate with my neurologist"

"something i didnt learn until i had been to 5 gastroenterologists, none of them will offer even a hint at a diagnoses until they have something concrete, they wont tell you what they're thinking, ruling in or out, etc. and they love to do colonoscopies and if the issue isnt in your colon it gets harder or get anything for these docs - if its the middle part of your guy just give up cause they will only take you money then tell you how they cant/wont help the doc i saw here insisted on doing a colonoscopy w/o telling me what she was looking for/thinking, i stated i felt the issue was in small intestines > i felt largely dismissed. every visit here was day off work, long drive and pretty much all day thing as i live outside the area. one of my big concerns was infection as i cant take most oral medications including antibiotics, even made appointment just to ensure she knew - day off work wasted cause staff couldn't schedule telemed appointment. having seen some other GI docs i felt like my fight was lost cause and gave in against my better judgement. at time of colonoscopy, i was rushed through the risks of procedure, they never covered the risks - i mostly knew the risks but still no questions would be answered. i dont think the nurse prepped my arm before putting needle in me, i tried stopping her as she was about to stick needle in, she insisted she prepped me and promptly stuck me - never before have i asked if i was prepped as i either saw it or felt it. i ended up with bacterial infection from colonoscopy even though they didnt find anything or do anything. i was told to go to my local ER - local ER cant get my allergies figure out - i was in no condition to go to next closest facility at 90 miles away, had i not planned for this by importing antibiotics that wont trigger anaphylactic shock before procedure i would have died b/c medical incompetence, neglect, etc. also i was not prepared for the post procedure pain, nothing was mentioned to me about this"

"Beware!!! The pulmonologist here is a joke. Went in for a chronic cough and the doctor was more concerned about my weight and barely spoke with me. They ran allergy blood tests instead of actually assessing my health concerns that require treatment. Don't come here if you want treatment and quality care."

"My husband and I chose this place because they had all the different specialties that we needed. We have had 5 different office visits there now between the different specialties and all but one were bad experiences. No online portal, billing issues, very poor to no communication after visits. Lots of conflicting info was given to me between the Dr, to the MAs to the front desk. The MA's spoke unkindly and unprofessionally to each other almost every visit. I would not recommend Dr Ancello, she is far too fast to feel heard. But I did really like NP Kelly Matthews. We are going to find ourselves new offices to go to."
