"While they were polite and cheerful I felt like the extra fees I was hit with at the end should have been explained. I didn't think I had a copay and my contacts, according to my insurance, were supposed to be free. I was there specifically for my contacts prescription but that exam fee was an extra $60 - why? And why didn't someone say so. I'd have found a place who had fees that were covered by my insurance if I'd known. Also the receptionist has been there for a full month but is so incredibly slow"
