"I came into Dwight's office with a early case of psychosis caused by withdrawal from my meds. The "doctor" proceeds to not believe me and was trying to talk me out of going back on my old antidepressant because "my obsessive thoughts will never get better on that med" literally i was in his office telling him my thoughts weren't mine and God was punishing me but he told me it was just because I was borderline. Yeah if you get dwight as your "doctor" RUN!!!"

"I have an active referral but yet they can't seem to answer the phone or call me back (even days later). Seems like an early indication that they do not take well care of their patient's needs..."

"Ever since being deemed as SMI I was put here into Partners and I absolutely get no help at all. I get more better caring people at the Marc Center than I do here. They Counselor is always busy never answers the phone and never returns your voice messages. There's too much going on and half the time the counselor has to change meetings and if the counselor is busy you have to talk to some other stranger on the "Hope Team" Which makes things more complicated. Also there is a lake of privacy in there department. This place is awful, maybe to fair it's understaffed and underfunded, but i feel like I am not getting the help i need at this place."

"Constantly changing casemanagers. A couple times (that I know about) had police involved incidents. Appointments not put into the computer so you go there just to be told nothing is scheduled. Worst of all is the N.P. Susan Anderson, she doesn't listen and switches medications without weaning off first which is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS as any professional should know!"
