"I’ve been taking my daughter to west valley pediatrics sense she was born , then switched because Avondale was a distance . It was so convenient they made a location in buckeye ! I now take my kids there Highly recommend! front desk is so nice and helpful , the staff over all is great , and all very good with getting my children in especially when it’s a sick visit ."

"I have been bring my son here since 2018 I really like his doctor and never had a problem before. But lately not so good with sick appointments. Twice I have had to take him to the ER. Everytime he is sick I can't get seen or told go to urgent care. I don't like any of the urgent cares around as one time they misdiagnose him. I don't know if they have started accepting too many patients. I did not have this issue a few years ago. I want an office were I can take him when he needs to be seen for all visits not just physicals."

"Dr. Bajaj is AMAZING!!!! She is the only reason why I have held off on moving clinics. However, if you have a child with special needs, I do NOT recommend this clinic. My son has autism and we are constantly needing scripts and referrals in a timely manner. I have been reaching out to the office for 4 weeks now and have not heard back. They refused to schedule me an appointment for the scripts and still have not received a phone call. I am extremely disappointed by this lack of care."

"Been coming here for about a year or so my oldest son sees Dr. Hartsook who we really like! My son Joshua who is 11 months has yet to to establish care with an actual Doctor, everytime I call tp get in with one Dr hartsook is booked and so are the others, not to mention he only goes to buckeye a certain amount of times per week or month I forget which it is. He seen a woman dr once who was super nice most of the time we see a provider who is a PA or NP I forget which one and while she isn't necessarily rude she just doesn't have great bed side manner out of all the times I've seen her only one experience was ok the rest she just comes in and doesn't seem in the best mood or inviting she doesn't even greet you right away, l thought maybe just me but when my husband went for a sick visit i asked how it went and he said all that I've already said not knowing my experience because I've never expressed it, so I made the decision today we will not schedule anymore visits with her moving forward if she is all that is available I'll just drive to Dysart location if I have to. I'm tired of giving her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe this is the reason she is the only one available because no one wants to book her.. idk but I can't help but think that. I don't mean any harm by this post this is my honest opinion"

"I feel like everyone who works here is kind and respectful and i haven’t had any issues in care besides when I call to a ask medical related questions i always gets sent to ‘triage’ (i think that’s what they said) and never once gave they answered me. That’s okay sometimes people are busy but I don’t understand the part where they tell me to please speak slowly and leave a name of me and the patient and the problem and my number and everything and that they’ll call back but they never have. Happened when twice when my baby was a few months old, happened again when he was 6-7 months. He is 9 months old now except this time when they told me to leave a message i hung up because of the bad experience before. Instead i called the non emergency line…But the doctors are really nice the place is always clean. I love how interactive everyone is there and I definitely will continue coming here i just ask that maybe hire someone to answer the phone or make sure that they actually call back Lol"
