"My PCP is excellent. Everyone in office is kind, patient, and professional. Unfortunately the Banner Healthcare Model does not allow time in the PCP’s schedule to see their patients when they are ill or have a minor injury. I’m often forced to try to find a same or next day appointment at a Banner Urgent Care Clinic. Those clinics are good but when there is widespread respiratory illnesses in our area it’s sometimes impossible to get an appointment within reasonable driving distance. This happens a lot and is frustrating."

"The only good thing is the convenient location. It is impossible to get an appt when you're sick, appts need to be made weeks or months in advance. I've been going there for over 2 years, but can never see a doctor when I'm actually sick, so I always end up going to urgent care. Dr. Willis does not have good bedside manner. She seems annoyed and rushed all the time, and condescending. A couple months ago I had a respiratory infection (which I get every year) and I know my body - I need antibiotics or it will linger for weeks. She refused to prescribe me antibiotics saying I haven't been sick long enough (5 days). Said to come back if I get worse. Sure enough within the next day or 2 I got worse, called to make an appt but no availability for another 2 weeks. So I call to see if Dr. Willis can call in the prescription to the pharmacy. The call center left a msg for the doctor, then called me back to inform me that Dr. Willis does not prescribe meds over the phone, she would need to see the patient in person. I was just there 2 days ago, and no appts available for weeks! I am sick again w/ a respiratory infection, tried to make an appt, but NONE of the doctors are available for another 1-2 months?!"

"I came here for a concern that required a referral and was told the ladies at the front would give me a call in a week with the specialist referral. It's almost 3 weeks now and no one has called. Useless and wasted my time, energy, and money to receive 0 help. This was my attempt at giving them a second chance after various other unprofessional and neglecting previous experiences. I should have gone elsewhere instead. I'm having to anyways except 3 weeks later, hoping I can make an appointment with a local specialist that won't be weeks to months out alsolike the appointments at this place."
