"Every time I come to this dentist it is filthy and there isn't enough seating. They confirmed same day treatment but we're unwilling to accommodate at the appointment time. There was no compassion for my daughter in pain. They told us we could wait and get lucky. Asked me to have the day I deserved on the way out. I had some choice words, could have handled myself better I admit. But if you're into wasting time this is the place for you."

"I literally just walked out of this place. It is very disorganized, it is not kid friendly. The lobby is disgusting, and the workstations are disorganized. The staff is listening to personal content on their cell phones. The front desk staff is rude and disorganized. They don't know how to even use their own software. They handed me a huge stack of papers. I already completed them online. They said I must not have completed them, which makes no sense as I also made the appointment online. Here's a screenshot of the confirmation. Now I have given them all of my personal information, and there is no way I'm going to let this place fix my child's emergency dental issue. I don't recommend this place. They need a complete overhaul and retraining of their staff as well. It literally has somebody's living room furniture in the lobby and it's damaged & a couple of raggedy folding chairs for children. Not one of the staff got up and cleaned the lobby. Their workstations, appearance (mismatched uniforms, no uniform, wrinkled and stain), and attitudes are all poor. They clearly don't care. I would be miserable working like that. I just left after standing waiting as one girl didn't know how to pull online appointments. I tried to give them a kind but firm suggestion on workplace improvement. Hopefully they took my tips and at least organized."

"I have 4 children that are all patients of Desert Valley and I have never had any complaints about them. Front desk staff has always been nice and very accommodating if an “emergency” arises they’ve always been very good about getting my kiddos in at soon as possible, most the time the same day if I call early enough, the techs and dentists have always been very good with all of my kids and very patient, and very thorough when checking out their little “teefs” as my 4 year old would say "

"Jessica the manager is doing an amazing job running this establishment! It feels warm and inviting. The place is immaculately clean and organized. The staff truly cares about their patients and are so kind and talkative to the little ones. Tonie greeted my children and I with a smile on her face and was so informative when answering my questions. Once in the back dental assistant Evelyn was wonderful to my kids in cleaning their teeth and making them comfortable during X-rays. The dentist Dr.Andrea took her time speaking to me about my children’s teeth and treatment plan. It is obvious that they put the children’s health first and that it’s not just another dentist office trying to cash in on unnecessary dental work at your child’s expense."

"For the first time ever my son (who has sensory issues ) finally had an amazing experience with the his dental appointment. The Dentist and dental assistance listened to my concerns and were very helpful in finding ways to calm my son and help him through the process of a dental visit. My son participated through the X ray process (which he has never been able to do) and he even was very calm during the dentists examination. Happy mom happy kid! 10/10 I highly recommend this place!"
