"I have truly never experienced more gross incompetence in my life - this place is rough from start to the end of your patience. Scheduling is difficult and you can’t get an appointment less than 3 weeks out, they tell you reports are good and then let you sit in the waiting room for an hour waiting for your procedure just to tell you “no we need the films”, reschedule 3 more weeks out and you can call before you come to your appointment and be told “yes we received them on this day” just to get to the office and be informed they’re running 40 minutes behind and when you verify they got the films be told nope, but go sit and wait another 20 minutes while I verify that. Learn your job and find some value in patients time, give a half a care of the time you waste. I would literally rather my breast turns black and falls off in a toilet, than deal with this place again."

"I had a mammogram and ultrasound done there. The lady doing the mammogram was amazing. Kind, gentle, reassuring. But the lady that did the ultrasound was very rough and left bruises all over my chest and armpits. She took her gloves off over my face while I was laying down and flicked the ultrasound gel all over my face and glasses. When I flinched she was completely unaware. I’m not sure if it’s protocol to press as hard as she did, but I’ve never had an ultrasound that left 7+ bruises on me before. I will be going to a different location to avoid this next time."

"Waste of time. Simon imaging scheduled me for an appointment for an xray that they don’t have techs for. This is so ridiculous. They gave me no other options of other locations until I asked, very unprofessional. Poor representation of health care. Do not recommend will contact my insurance to explain the poor care and request they are removed from our options until it’s done!"

"I was scheduled for a scan and was treated kindly and professional with the ladies at this facility. They did a good job. Although they were very busy they seemed to have everyone getting the help they needed."

"Technician was great, however, the front desk people left a LOT to be desired. I stood there behind another person who arrived a couple minutes ahead of me and neither one of the reception staff even looked up to acknowledge that either one of us was there. Common courtesy should dictate that you AT LEAST acknowledge we were there and let us know they would get to us as quickly as possible. Simon Meds customer service has deteriorated A LOT in the past couple years!!!"
