"We had a awkward experience here. Chip in the blue shirt and this other guy both give off bad vibes in the office. Both men seem to be very irritable and not willing to iron out confusion. I left feeling like they were two mean AZ Container gatekeepers. The body language showed it. Suggest swapping out the front office personalities with individuals with better social skills. As it stands right now, go in there knowing what you want, don't ask too many questions, and try not to get confused. Should the customer need to walk on eggshells? Treat these two men firmly, because they'll turn on you quickly. I can only imagine after you sign something. Previous customers allowed them to get cocky and arrogant. I would say don't risk it and look elsewhere."

"I received a quote via email for a rental so I stopped by to check out two sizes and two types so I could determine what I needed. I arrived ready to schedule delivery & set up rental until I met Chip in person. He was clearly annoyed that I stopped in and was short with me when I asked questions. I was also only shown one type of the two units quoted. While my hope was to schedule delivery so I could start my home project, I was forced to push back my date so I could look elsewhere for a unit as I absolutely refuse to give my business to anyone who lacks basic customer service skills or is rude."

"Don’t use this company! They fraudulently charging a fee for lighting and electrical that was already installed when they deliver the a rental unit and then said I damaged the unit by installing it. I tried many times to talked to Kevin but he won’t answer the phone and then randomly texts you back. Based on my experience, I’m sure this is normal practice for AZ containers. Btw- I tried to resolve this issue before posting a review because I believe that companies should have the opportunity to correct a problem but this company is sticking to fraudulently charging."

"Chip the sales person worked with me on the modifications I had requested. The container showed up on time all modifications were done exactly as we had discussed at the price we agreed upon. Sean the driver was skilled at placing the container EXACTLY where I asked him. I am very happy with the container especially the service and delivery. Look forward to doing business with them in the future!!!"
