"This was a nightmare move. I was assured Bekins was a quality moving company and my goods were secure. As a result I almost didn’t take out the additional insurance. So glad I did. Almost every piece of my wood furniture was damaged in the move. An electric desk I had was ruined because they packed it with the legs up and stacked heavy items on top of it and kinked out be of the metal legs. They broke the headboard of my bed. The list goes on and on. I would not recommend this mover. On the plus side the claim process was painless for the most part but I had to list and photo each piece of damaged goods and submit. I was paid promptly once the claim was submitted. But as far as I am concerned I should not have had to submit a thing. NO ON BEKINS!!"
"We are using this company for PCS from Arizona to overseas. We started opening boxes and found some trash, so negative 1 stars. Jordan was great worker and professional. I give him 5 stars."
"I have worked with this company for the last year and a half. We have them make deliveries every 2 weeks for us. My whole team appreciates their hard work and willingness to help when they are able. If we have an issue (which is so rare) they get it fixed right away for us. They do white glove services delivering cafe foods. They have to break down the pallets and unload all the products, and take all the trash. They do great."
