"I trusted you guys to help move my piano. After I paid the full amount of the moving fee my piano is gone and don't know where it is. Clearly this was a moving fraud carried out by this company. People be aware. Never use their services."

"I wish I had the option to give zero stars for these services. I booked a moving service with this company two weeks on August 6, 2019 before my move-in date, August 18, 2019. Sam confirmed my reservation, and I called on August 13, 2019 to double check. Sam told me not to worry about the move-in date and that he would call me at 8:30 am on the moving date. I was not worried, but I should have been. On my move-in date, he did not call me, so I had to call them. Sam did not remember about my move-in schedule, and he told me to wait an hour to figure out the schedule. When an hour had passed, he called back and said that the truck had broke down and that they would be able to fix the issue within the hour. Some woman called from the company and told me that they would not be able to move forward with the moving services because they were unable to get the truck fixed. They offered to call on Monday, the following to reschedule my move. We ended up having to pay an extra $1,000 for emergency movers because we needed to move in on that day, 8/19/19. Even worse, they never even called on Monday to re-offer their services. This company is very unorganized and very unreliable. They were terrible to communicate with and did not even rectify their mistakes. We will not be using these services in the future and would highly recommend others to look elsewhere as well."

"We contracted with Arizona Movers and Storage in May 2018 for moving and storage of household property for a period of 5 months. The warehouse location was on 16th street. In September we were notified by email that the company was purchased by another entity (Elite Movers USA) and our property was to be relocated to a warehouse on 40th street in Phoenix. Upon contacting Elite Movers USA I was informed that this move has already been completed. We visited the new warehouse and met with the management staff to visualize our property. We paid the current months storage fee and was told that the check was to be made out to AZ Movers Help. We arranged a delivery date for 10/20/2018 for early morning. After multiple calls to the company our delivery arrived at 6:00 PM. When contents of the delivery was reconciled multiple items were missing and a home safe was vandalized beyond repair. Daily attempts to contact the management were made and to date no return calls or attempts to reconcile have been made. We are missing a step ladder, step stool, Sony sound bar in the the original packaging, a men’s cruiser bicycle , a hand truck and 4 folding chairs. We received property that was not ours and I informed the company so that pick up could be arranged for which we have received no response from the company. We estimate loss to be approximately $800.00. Our experience with this company (Arizona Movers and Storage/Elite Movers USA/AZ Movers Help) has been very disappointing. Their customer service is substandard and I feel the public should be aware. CONSUMER BEWARE!"
