"Does anyone knows what is happening with this company? I sent a package through them 3 months ago. I have been calling them to get an update of the package but the number is not going. This is at the Phoenix office and the office is closed with a letter of eviction from the landlord. I called all the offices in Texas none was being answered. My cousin went to the office at Ikeja and Ajao Estate in Lagos they are closed not in operation. This is very unprofessional of this people. They took my money and my goods and disappeared into thin air. Can someone tell me how to track them down please?"

"This is the most unprofessional business you can ever deal with here. The Houston location customer service is -0 ,talk about calling in to address an issue and you are being laughed at to ridicule your concerns. A supposedly freight package wasn’t delivered until a month after and they want the receiver to pay money to receive their package when it’s obviously their fault that they delayed. The Lagos team blatantly lied that the package had arrived when it hadn’t and they didn’t even reach out to us to notify us when it arrived.we kept calling on to check. Such a mess of a business. Run as far you can from this place or you will be sorry."
