"Took a hair follicle test and failed for having cocaine in my system and all honest to God I promise I don't touch or mess with any drugs. If I had drugs in my system why would I go to a trucking company orientation knowing the consequences. I only had my license for a little over a year and having difficulties finding another company. I also herd people sue companies for failed hair test because the tester use the same gloves with everyone else."

"After I got my CDL, I submitted many resumes to different companies. Only Schneider accepted me and gave me a chance to come to Phoenix for training. I trained in the yard for 2 weeks and went out on the road with Te for 2 weeks. After 1 month of training, I passed, I was very excited, got my truck successfully, and went out to drive by myself. The company always pays attention to safety, good training, everyone I met was friendly, but said To be honest, the salary is very low, but when you are a rookie, I think you can't ask for too much, your purpose is to get experience. After working at Schneider for 1 year and 5 months, I left there and went to another company. A really profitable company but if you are a rookie I recommend you to come here, there is good training here and even if you screw up they won't blame you too much, you just need training and be careful next time, I have no complaints about schneider."
"Not really a review but a suggestion. Need to create a pickup lot fot your drivers. Not all of them have a personal car parked in the lot. Or have a code for drivers to give for those picking them up at the OC on their downt time."
"Great people at this location great training I'm happy they brought me in to work with them really hope I can get through training backing is not always my thing but really want this job so self motivation I have tried other companies and I would definitely stick with schnieder a lot of training and less time out with trainer perfect for couples who don't want to be separated! They flew us out as a team and put us in a hotel I really do like this company! Training can be hard as it gets really hot in Phoenix!"
