"This company set up a window for my delivery and they forgot most of the order in the warehouse at that point they said they would get right on it and we would be right back with the rest of the equipment this was 9am so I waited around until 4pm no call then I called them and they said they have no record of this mishap and will get back to me tomorrow as if I have time to meet up all these random time’s absolutely unacceptable"

"Called for three hours with no resolve to my issue. Completely incompetent office staff that is incredibly rude. An older white woman spoke to me in a very condescending tone, would not let me finish my sentences, was oddly combative and hung up on me when I calmly asked to speak with a manager. If you’re going to hire someone that may have some toxic mental health issues, put them in a job in which they are not allowed to take their problems out on your customers. I almost want to file suit for discrimination. What a completely horrible experience."
"When you arrive you will need to fill out a Covid form. Customer service was great. Forklift driver Nester was polite and friendly. Took his time loading my package."
