"I had my right knee replacement in October 2023 and started my Physical Therapy 3 days after my surgery. I was apprehensive to start my PT so soon, worrying about the pain. My first day was my evaluation with Fernando and one of his student Therapist. They made me feel comfortable explaining the complete process of PT. I began working with the staff Therapist's and with their expertise and support I began to build my strength and mobility in my right knee. I did the work but they gave me all the tools I needed to succeed. Empower at Mesa Red Mountain is just the best. Everyone is so positive and supportive. I will be having my left knee replacement in Jan 2024 and will have my consult with Fernando 3 days after surgery. I have no apprehensions this time and look forward to another successful PT session.
