"I’ve been a patient at this location for over a year and my experience has been very good. My therapist has done a great job of adapting my treatment as she learns more about me, and she is flexible with appointment times and dates (within reason). I did have to change therapist once when my original therapist moved on. However, that is not uncommon; I’ve been in therapy for awhile, and this happens at other places as well. Lifeline definitely has challenges with reception staff, so I get the complaints about difficulties getting though by phone. Once you are an established patient, though, you can communicate through the portal so there is no need to call."

"The therapist I had was a student and she was great. Then she left and I got someone new, then another and another to the point that it seemed pointless to continue my care with them. Since obtaining counseling with them my mental health has been worse than it has been since I was 27 (now 34)."
